Bollywood Party

We are a big fan of India.
We love their celebrations, their culture, the people...
Would you also love to spend some time in India but you can't?

Well, if you can’t go to Bollywood then Bollywood can come to you!

Make your own Bollywood party at home and style the house like you would be abroad...

You can choose a huge variety of different indian style decorations

All you need is a wide range of bright colors and you will get in the Bollywood summer mood

What brings you more into the holiday feeling than having a nice party outside when it is sunny and warm

Who doesn’t feel being in another country yet?

Use some shawls or sarongs for building a tent and decorate with flowers, candles, cushions all in different colors.

Maybe even try some henna drawings...

super hero kids party

It was my son’s birthday on the weekend.

He wanted to have a super hero party and there the planning started - it was lots of fun.

Here some ideas to create a super hero party I found on the net...

Eating these super hero cakes and cake pops will give enough sugar power & sugar strength to play for the entire party.

We love these badges out of "fimo" - an idea for all crafty parents...

Of course the guests should come dressed up in their finest "hero" outfit!

Taking fun pictures is a nice memory for later to see how much fun the party was!

Germany Wins The World Cup 2014

We have been glued to the TV for the last months and watched many games of football.

Hard to avoid with three small and one big boy.

Being a family with a mix of three European countries: Swedish - German - English we were glued to the TV screen again last night, and what a night it was....

Congratulations Germany to your win! Your team deserved it!
