Green Fingers - Gardening With Kids

Summer is coming or for some is already there and what is more lovely to see than a colorful garden?

As a child I always helped my grandmother with her gardening – I thought it was amazing to see
my results after all the work.

I learned a lot about flowers, vegetables, garden techniques etc. and it was always so much fun.

The more colors the more fun – the more kids gimmicks the more often I wanted to help!

Gardening and playing outside when the sun is shining made me happy – ALWAYS

Kids are so inventive and you will see how much environmentally conscious they will get – when they have their own little garden.

Or they build their own world/home playing nicely all day long....

… or daddy builds something for your little ones...

Father's Days crafty gift ideas

Fatherday is coming (yes, again) - what can kids do to make him happy?

With the right crafts dad's will be very pleased for sure.

It is so much cuter when a message is written into a personal created card. Which daddy would not be happy to get one of these?

For our littlest who can not write yet … but like to show how much Daddy means to them, easily done with few words

Simply like that: Dad, we three love you and always want to be with you (useful to take it into the office and the most important people are always around)

And if dad is working a lot… he can always refer to his keychain that he has someone who is waiting for him at home

We love this paper pad cube customized with your kids drawings.

Or what about a whole garland to wake him up in the morning?

Ceiling treatments in kids rooms

Most of us think about wall color if we talk about colors in kid’s rooms.

But don't forget to color the ceiling when it comes to style a nursery!

It is fantastic to see how a ceiling can give the room its theme.

Here it seems to have the sky above you

Stripes remind us on a circus roof and go for boys and girls at every age

Even when they share their room

Butterflies are so girlish and yes – we love it!

If you like to keep the room fairly neutral in colour, ceiling treatments are useful to add the little extra to the room.

LEGO rooms - can they be tasteful?

Mums and dads – keep your kids away if you like to continue to read our next post!

If not, you are in danger to have to redecorate your kids bedroom very very soon as we will show you some good and tasteful LEGO inspired ROOMS!

You might ask, can rooms actually be tasteful in a Lego theme?

Have a look and make your own decision if you think so or not.

What we found is that you can create a wonderland for Lego fans in different colors and styles

And YES, it is definitely something for the bold who loves eye catching details.

We start to show ideas for our littlest – what we love are the bright colors you can use (blue, green, yellow, orange etc.) it looks like the rooms shout “come and play”!

If somebody really loves Lego it can be fun and tasteful to live in a completely decorated Lego room..
but some just like to have an indication that lego lives here....
